Ino,who painted two walls Funk the Power and In Search of Sunrise on a school last year makes a reappearance on the isla blanca. The first mural (the photo below) which addressed the bullying issue for the theme NO FEAR was censored by the local city council. Despite the censorship he came back to the party island this year to support the festival and got his hands on another institution to teach us another lesson. (more…)
As part of our established colaboration with ”Meeting of Styles” – we got in touch with the organizer of Hungary’s upcoming event, Márton Árvay! Find out more about the person who organises one of the biggest Graffiti events the country has seen so far as we also speak about his past and his future plans. In the mean time he will coordinate a wall with a size of more than 1000 squaremeters as it waits to be transformed into one big piece of art.

Festival Inspire striked again. Greater Moncton cityscape in Canada is now an open gallery of 31 murals by international and local artists. The third edition brought 13 exceptional new ones from July 10 to 16th. Once again, the festival brought Greater Moncton a full week of cultural activities with 70 events and out-of-the-box experiences. Here are the murals that were made and an outline of what went down! The Greek island Samos, on Karlovasi village, presented for the first time a big project that aims to create a core for street art in Europe. On the 24th and 25th of June, Artist Yiakou with the mayor and the community institution, established the first Festival of Karlovasi. (more…)
