Inovative street artist Bordalo the second, has managed this time to create from scrap and paint, a beautifull Owl. The Owl Eyes stands in Covilhã – Portugal. Notice the detailed content of aterial used to make this work. Bordalo has made several fascinating instalations using this technique.
