The italian artist Opiemme went to Fenigruottero Cirogna to paint hes latest work.
In a continuation of the project, “A journey through painting and poetry”, Opiemme went Fenigruottero Cirogna to paint. This work was also for the festival “L’Aperto 2016” (a public project with a poster art installation).
This work is made of a big bird, a mix of flamingo, stork, crane, heron, cormorant, and it has 3 legs (2 standing and one back) to give the sense of movement.
Inside you have a text, the author is the artist herself, and it says:
“I am migrant, I don’t have nation, I don’t feel borders.
I follow the moon, I live between sky and lands, between trees and stars”
Another detail is the fact you can see some birds carrying the letters to the from of this building, which is a kindergarden.
This was made using the following techniques: spray, stencil and tempera on wall,
Amazing work!
