Sasha Krolikova, from Artmossphere union in Moscow, recently sent us the latest work of Okuda and it looks amazing.
“We just finished installation of the world’s northernmost sculpture created by street artist Okuda San Miguel in Yakutsk. It is the 4-meter public art object, cast from steel with sharp spikes and the artist’s signature geometric style in the rainbow gamut. This is the first capital sculpture of the artist (not temporary). It was pretty hard task to do it at -41 and we are happy to present a result.”
*Artmossphere is the first and only Russian urban art biennale that introduces general public to the most prominent street artists from all over the world and boosts the development of the local street art scene.
Great piece Okuda and project Sasha!!
