Again MOS returns to the Balkan´s youngest country – Kosovo. After a successful and colorful premiere expect a 2.0-event, bigger and better!
Pristina is located in the north-eastern part of Kosovo, 250 kilometers north-east of Tirana, 90 kilometers north of Skopje, 520 kilometers south of Belgrade. Being Kosovo’s largest city, Pristina is a hometown of many of the major local universities, cultural institutions and commercial companies.
Pristina has always been considered as a city where tolerance and coexistence in terms of religion and culture has been part of the society in the last centuries.
One of the most important prehistoric cultures of Europe, the Vinča culture, evolved within the Pristina area in the 8th millennium BC. In ancient times, Illyrians and Romans inhabited the region. In the 4th century BC, the king of Dardanians, Bardyllis brought various tribes together in the area of Pristina, establishing the Dardanian Kingdom. Prishtina is the largest city in Kosovo, and its capital. After the flux, of the last ten years, it is estimated to hold between 500,000 and 600,000 inhabitants. Most of them being ethnic Albanian, however there are other minorities such as Serbs, Turks, Bosnians, Roma, etc.
Meeting of Styles Kosovo, will take place in Prishtina at Road “B”. It is the same location as last edition but the we are doing now the unfinished upper part. This edition we finish the full Road “B” and in total we are going to have a 1 km of painted wall.
