B-Murals invites artists visual artists to be part of B-MARKET, an independent art fair and collective exhibition to be held at B-MURALS (Nau Bostik, Barcelona).
(muralists, illustrators, writers, painters, designers, independent editors and printing studios or others related to production of artistic work)
The purpose of B-MARKET is to support local artists and highlight the outstanding creative proposals that came out of the quarantine period. To do this, we created this fair that will facilitate the sale of work (both serial and original) directly from the artist. In addition, B-MARKET will host other activities, such as a group exhibition at B-MURALS Gallery, as well as a program of talks, workshops, a speakers corner and a concert.
Interested artists or groups can be part of B-MARKET through the fair, the collective exhibition, or both. Moreover, the organization will be open to receive other proposals from the participants (e.g. making a mural). The access to the public will be FREE.
The fair will take place during 3 days: Friday 13th of November, from 5pm to 10pm. Saturday 14th of November, from 11am to 10pm. Sunday 15th of November, from 11am to 8pm.
The collective exhibition will be open for 1 month, after November 13th, open intensively during the 3 days of the B-MARKET, and then open during the usual activity hours of B-MURALS Gallery (Wednesday to Saturday, from 10am to 7pm).
CURRENT PANDEMIA SITUATION
The organisation will observe the safety distance to secure the visitors to the fair and exhibition spaces. Stalls will be widely distributed, and public access will be controlled in each space. The use of a mask by all participants and visitors will be mandatory, as well as the use of hydroalcoholic gel, available at the entrance of each space.
You may consider a modest donation — however much you can afford, when it comes from the heart, it’s the kind of gesture that makes us warm with appreciation.
