El congreso es un encuentro de arte urbano que busca generar un intercambio de experiencias y formas de abordar el espacio público a través del arte mural, promover espacios participativos en los que la comunidad aprenda y se apropie de estas expresiones artísticas.
CONDICIONES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
– Ser mayor de edad.
– Estar en la ciudad de Tunja del día 11 al 14 de octubre. (El congreso no cubre transportes)
– Los Materiales como bandejas, brochas, rodillos, pinceles y boquillas corren por cuenta de cada quien.
Para la versión 2018 el congreso garantiza material (Aerosol-Vinilo), hospedaje y alimentación durante los días del Evento.

The congress is an encounter of urban art that seeks to generate an exchange of experiences and ways of approaching the public space through mural art, promoting participatory spaces in which the community learns and appropriates these artistic expressions.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
– Be of legal age.
– Be in the city of Tunja from the 11th to the 14th of October. (The congress does not cover transport)
– Materials such as trays, brushes, rollers, brushes and nozzles are at the expense of each one.
For version 2018 the congress guarantees material (Aerosol-Vinyl), lodging and food during the days of the Event.
