Ink_d gallery presents a truly unmissible collection of work by Japanese artist AIKO. She manages to combine pop imagery with the traditional aesthetic of Japanese art, adding a healthy dose of New York City’s in-your-face attitude.

Her pictures simultaneously seduce and assault the viewer; drawing you into a fantastical world where cute bunny rabbit menacingly clutch spray cans and sexy women appear on heavily textured background.

While Lady Aiko is in Brighton she will also be curating the opening festivities of The Costume Games on Wednesday 16th September where she will help transform the Old Steine Gardens into Costume City.  Date/Time:  16th September | Wednesday 10am-6pm –
