Joery Santos Gomez (born on April 24, 1984) is a Dominican animator and illustrator based in Malmö, Sweden.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Santos Gomez spent his childhood living in Santo Domingo, the capital, before going on to study painting and illustration at Altos de Chavon, School of Arts in La Romana, where he graduated with the highest honors and eventually moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
While based in Buenos Aires, he exhibited his work at acclaimed shows in New York City, Buenos Aires, Spain and the National biennale in the Dominican Republic where he won the Grand Prize in Fine Arts. Joery eventually moved to Sweden to continue his animations studies.
