Art and culture for the urban regeneration of Madonie Park’s villages. Renovation of 9 buildings, creation of 18 multi-purpose cultural centres (CCPs),
workshops and contemporary art works by national and international artists, innovative processes for the management of cultural sites and the active participation of local communities.
From today and until June 18, it is possible to participate in the international Call for artists to be among the 48 artists who will be called to produce a significant number of street artworksin the 18 municipalities that are partners of the project (Alimena, Aliminusa, Bompietro, Caltavuturo, Castelbuono, Cerda, Geraci Siculo, Gratteri, Lascari, Petralia Soprana, Petralia Sottana, Polizzi Generosa, Pollina, San Mauro Castelverde, Sciara, Scillato, Sclafani Bagni, Valledolmo).
The artworks will be inspired by the intangible cultural heritage of the territory.
