Here are two new art works from Spanish graffiti and mural artist Dan Ferrer titled, “Motivation is a wonderland” and “The first choice”. Dan uses symbolic compositions in many cases, mixing photorealistic elements with a surreal language.

“Motivation is a wonderland”. A piece created with spray and plastic paint on wall in Budapest (Hungary). This mural is curated by Színes Város, the most important urban art festival in the country.

“To create this work I have been inspired by the concept that a child can feel very small and helpless if all that surrounds him is the “demotivation”. In the same way, if you feed a child with “motivation”, it can become a giant for life, so use the simile with the famous story of Alice.”.

“The first choice”. A piece created with spray and plastic paint on wall in Torrijos (Spain). This mural is curated by M.A.P. “Mas allá de la Pared” (beyond the wall).

“To create this piece I have found inspiration in the moment in which we awoke. At that moment we made the first decision of the morning, how we are going to face the rest of the day, because depending on the gesture of our face and our mood we are going to take very different paths for our life.”
