Mikael B mural for Artscape festival 2019-08-28

Mikael B mural for Artscape festival

This fine new mural is from Mikael B ‘s recent visit to the Swedish street art festival Artscape and he called it “Room for Reflection”.

This unique mural represents the style he has with an evident influence in his graffiti background.

“Room for Reflection” was his contribution to Ljusdal Municipality in Sweden as a part of the @artscape_festival alongside a great line up of international artists.

According to Mikael B : ”It’s very satisfying to see how art can transform a place like Ljusdal and how the locals and people from all round came to support. I believe in raising awareness through art, to change people and change the world to a better place to live. It’s my mission and I call it Artwareness.”

About MikaelB: Born in Denmark, Mikael B. emigrated to the United States to continue building his career in both the fine art world and urban contemporary genre.
