The Sand, Sea & Spray festival is a unique event which brings leading street artist from around the world of Blackpool.
This exciting event engages visitors and local people with “World-Class“ artist and allow them to experience the town´s blank walls being transformed into pieces of art in an open air gallery. (Text from their official web)
“This is an exciting opportunity for our charity to be involved with such a well established art festival. We will be bringing some of the biggest names in street art to Blackpool to paint up the Town and add to the growing gallery of sensational urban art we already have on offer. Also, young people will get the chance to meet the artists, access the free workshops and learn to create their own masterpieces in their local communities. Volunteers are welcome to play their part too by preparing the walls for the festival, supporting the artists and acting as ambassadors to the many visitors over the weekend.”
