ADD FUEL at Stavanger Airport for NuArt Festival 2017-10-04

ADD FUEL at Stavanger Airport for NuArt Festival

Not a while ago we did an interview with ADD FUEL, the Portuguese artist that mixes the traditional Portuguese tiles with stencil. Now he sent us his lastest work in the Stavanger Airport, in Norway, curated by our friends of NuArt Festival.

NuArt Festival invited ADD FUEL to make his magic in the Stavanger Airport, in Norway. The result is a full color work with the traditional tile pattern and a new face for the airport.

As the artist says: “A dimensional and formal exploration of overlapped patterned repetition in a non linear surface where two apparently familiar elements coexist in the same space. Part of the “Disruption” series I’ve been developing around the traditional Norwegian Rogaland Rosemaling style.”
